Cheese and crackers tonight? Try our low carb crackers, they will not disappoint!

Ingredients:
75g grated parmesan cheese
75g grated cheddar cheese
60g mixed seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Method: Makes 12 Crackers / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 15 Minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
3. Mix the cheese and seeds in a bowl
4. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Do not flatten the mounds
5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden
6. Remove from the oven and let cool before removing the crackers from the paper
