Ingredients:
4 White turnips
50g Organic unflavoured coconut oil (melted)
Garlic black pepper
Paprika
Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 20 Minutes

1. Peel and chop turnips into fries
2. Place fries onto a baking tray
3. Sprinkle over the garlic black pepper and paprika
4. Pour the oil over the fries
5. Mix and coat all the fires in the oil and seasoning
6. Bake in the oven for about 20 mins until crispy at 220C (turning after about 10 minutes)
