We all love a bit of comfort food don't we. This simple recipe is delicious on it's own or as a tasty side. Remember broccoli is a great veg when on a low carb diet.

Ingredients:
1 broccoli (chopped)
50g butter
300ml double cream
100ml water
200g cheese
grated cheese of you choice
Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time – Cook Time 1 hour
1. Chop up the broccoli and place into a baking dish
2. In a pan melt the butter
3. Add the cream & water
4. Add and melt the cheese
5. Simmer until all the ingredients have melted and the sauce becomes thicker
6. Pour over the broccoli & add any extra cheese of your choice
7. Season with black pepper
8. Bake in the oven for 45-60 mins at 175C
