This omelette is the great for a quick and easy breakfast as it only takes 8 minutes to cook!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1tbsp milk
30g cheddar (grated)
80g cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Butter (for frying)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Number of Servings 1 / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 8-10 minutes
1. Lightly whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan on a low heat
3. Add the egg mixture to the pan and evenly scatter the chopped tomatoes
4. Once the under part of the omelette is cooked (4 – 5 minutes) scatter the cheese on top and fold it in half
5. Cook for a further 2 – 3 minutes, or until cooked throughout
6. Serve
