This soup is delicious and a great winter warmer.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
300g celery, sliced
1 garlic clove
2 potatoes, cut into chunks
500ml vegetable stock
100ml milk
Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 40 Minutes
1. In a large pan heat up the oil and then add in the sliced celery, garlic and the potato, season with salt and pepper and add a little water. Stir regularly for 15 minutes.
2. Add in the vegetable stock and then bring the soup to boil, once boiling turn the heat down and leave the soup to simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
3. Blend the soup and pour in the milk, season to taste.

We recently made the 'print recipe' option available, It's a shame they end up spreading over a few pages. We may look at this again in the future and see what our options are. In the meantime, you should be able to copy and paste the information into a word document for printing.
