Everyone loves a cheese and onion pie and our recipe is delicious. The use of ultra fine fibre flour also means its low carb.

Ingredients:
200g Ultra Fine FiberFlour
100g butter
pinch of salt
cold water
200g cheese
1 large red onion
Method: Number of Servings 8 / Prep Time 30 minutes – Cook Time 40 minutes
1. Add salt to flour and rub in the butter until breadcrumb like texture is achieved
2. Add cold water to the mixture until a dough is formed
3. Cut the dough in half
4. Roll out one half to the desired thickness and place on a plate
5. Chop the onion finely and sprinkle on the covered plate
6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the onion
7. Roll out the remaining dough
8. Brush the plate edges with milk and place the top pastry cover on
9. Press around the edges of the plate to seal and cut off any remaining pastry
10. Cut a small hole in the top of the pie and brush with either milk or egg
11. Cook at approx. 190C for 40 min or until the pie is nicely brown
