    OPTION A

    X-Pert train your staff to become educators

    We train your staff to deliver our programmes to patients or employees. We provide the information, tools and techniques necessary to deliver the programmes.

    How to get started:

    • Contact us for information / costings and we’ll demonstrate potential cost savings to the stretched NHS budget
    • Purchase a licence agreement
    • Arrange for your staff to attend a remote training course
    • Purchase the delivery resources along with patient handbooks
    • Undertake a quality assurance assessment during the first year of delivery to demonstrate that standards and learning objectives are being met

    Ensuring ongoing competencies:

    • Attend update training every 2 years
    • Repeat sections of the quality assurance assessment every 3 years
    • Individuals can attend X-PERT Educator Training for CPD purposes or to stay ahead with the latest research.

    X-PERT Managed Service

    Let the X-PERT team deliver the service for you! From referral to final outcomes X-PERT will manage the service in any of our education programmes. We will educate your patients or employees via face-to-face group courses or remote courses during or after work hours.

    We charge a fee per programme. A seamless service which includes administration, text message reminders, handbooks and health results reporting. This option was chosen by East and North Hertfordshire CCG from 2016 to 2019 across 62 medical practices. We saw fantastic results in health improvement, winning awards for ‘The Greatest Improvement in Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors (Lipids and Blood Pressure)’ and ‘The Greatest Improvement in Glycated Haemoglobin’ at the annual X-PERT Health Audit Awards in 2019.

    X-PERT Diabetes Digital

    This programme is for anyone with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes (newly diagnosed or established). Any organisation can commission the X-PERT Diabetes Digital Programme and refer patients, employees or groups in order to gain access.

     

    Used across the NHS, this programme is safe and secure, with certification from QISMET.
    • For use on multiple digital devices: PC, laptop, tablet or smart phone. All you need is an email address.
    • Available in 15 languages, and content delivered through short articles, videos, quizzes, and interactive games.
    • Users receive lifetime access and benefit from one-to-one health coaching.
