Health & Wellbeing Coach Training Course (Level 3)

X-PERT Health is an award-winning registered charity providing high quality evidence-based education. Our Personalised Care Institute (PCI)-accredited* Health & Wellbeing Coach Training Course (Level 3) will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to incorporate behaviour change techniques that will support individuals to make informed decisions on how to self-manage their condition(s).

Anyone can be a Health coach with the right training, interpersonal skills and commitment.

Health coaching is defined in Universal Personalised Care as: ‘Helping people gain and use the knowledge, skills and confidence to become active participants in their care so that they can reach their self-identified health and well-being goals’

Accreditation demonstrates that a programme, whether it is face to face or eLearning, has met the high standards the PCI expects as the centre of excellence for evidence-based training in the Comprehensive Model of Personalised Care. Through setting quality standards and supporting the development of training programmes, we will assist the health and social care workforce to deliver personalised care to individuals, families, and communities.
