Thanks to everyone who booked onto our next online Weight Loss & Wellbeing Course starts Monday 19th September 2022, 5.30pm – 7.00pm. We are looking forward to getting started!
The course, hosted by Trudi our trained Health Coach, runs for 12 sessions and will help increase your knowledge, skills and understanding of how and why you can lose weight sustainably and improve your general wellbeing. An overview of the X-PERT Weight programme can be found here. The course discusses stress management, sleep quality, physical activity, gut and hormones and the psychology of eating. Over the course you will discover what dietary approaches works best for you.

The groups are interactive, and gives everyone an opportunity to ask questions and feel included. Once you purchase a place on the course you will receive an order confirmation and a further email from us containing the meeting links.
