Great breakfast option or perfect for a dessert.

Ingredients:
125g greek yoghurt
2 tsp chia seeds
20g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
1 tsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, linseed)
Method: Number of Servings 1 (170g) / Prep Time 5 Minutes
1. Put the greek yoghurt in a jam jar or small pot
2. Mix in chia seeds
3. Top with mixed berries and mixed seeds
4. Leave in the fridge overnight and serve and enjoy in the morning!
This recipe is really simple and great for experimenting with different flavours e.g. you can swap the greek yoghurt for coconut milk if you’re making it for a dessert (remember, any alternations will change the nutritional information)
