This recipe is perfect for breakfast or dessert as it is super quick and easy to make.

Topped Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients:

300g full fat Greek yoghurt
200g raspberries
100g blueberries
25g sunflower seeds
25g walnuts
25g pecans

Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 10 Minutes 

1. Mush the raspberries
2. Break apart the walnuts and pecans into smaller pieces
3. Layer the yoghurt, raspberries, nuts/seeds and blueberries in a glass or bowl, top with any remaining blueberries/seeds/nuts
