Ingredients:
2 slices of granary bread
1 garlic clove, halved
1 thinly sliced tomato
1 can of sardines or other oily fish, drained
Handful of watercress or rocket
Splash of balsamic vinegar
Method: Number of Servings 1 / Prep Time 10 minutes
1. Begin by toasting the bread, once toasted rub the garlic clove over the toast. Slice the tomato and place on the toast. Season with salt & pepper.
2. Add the sardines to the toast, you may want to break them up before. Add the watercress or rocket and drizzle the vinegar over.
