This dish goes great with our easy meatballs.

Ingredients:
100g butter
1 onion (chopped)
6 tomatoes (chopped)
6 cloves garlic
4 large peppers (green, red, yellow – chopped)
250ml of vegetable stock
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Red chilli (chopped) [optional]
Italian herbs
Salt & pepper
Method: Prep Time 15 Minutes – Cook Time 15 Minutes

1. Melt the butter in the pan
2. Add the onions and fry until soft
3. Add the tomatoes, simmer and stir until the water starts to come out
4. Add the garlic
5. Add peppers and cook until soft
6. Pour in the stock
7. Add Worcestershire sauce and Italian herbs (to taste)
8. Season to taste
