We love a quick tea option and this recipe is definitely the one!

Ingredients:
300g egg noodles
200g king prawns (raw and peeled)
150g bean sprouts
100g spring onions
100g water chestnuts
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
Soy sauce to taste
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil (cold pressed)
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 15 minutes
1. Heat up the sesame oil and add the prawns, cooking until the turn pink (4-5 minutes)
2. Slice the peppers and chop the spring onions, add to the prawns and cook until soft (3-4 minutes)
3. Add the water chestnuts, noodles, five spice, ginger and soy sauce, mix well
4. Once the noodles are hot, add the bean sprouts and more soy sauce if desired
5. Serve once the bean sprouts are hot
