A super simple mash potato that will please the whole family!

Ingredients:
8 Medium size potatoes, cut into even chunks
Knob butter
Splash of Semi-skimmed milk
Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 15 Minutes
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil, add in the potatoes and boil for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
2. Drain the potatoes in a colander and then return to the pan, add in the knob of butter and a splash of milk.
3. Mash the potatoes using a potato masher and season with salt and pepper.
