An easy low fat sweet treat, perfect in glorious Summer weather.

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, chopped into chunks, then frozen (easiest in a sandwich a bag)
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp dark chocolate, grated
1 tbsp flaked almonds
Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time 1 Hour 20 Minutes
1. Add frozen bananas and cocoa to a blender and pulse until you have a smooth consistency. Taste and add more cocoa if needed.
2. Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for 1 hr.
3. Take out of the freezer and sprinkle with grated chocolate and flaked almonds.
You can add any of your favourite ice cream flavours to frozen bananas – vanilla, cocoa and mint, peanut butter, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries – you name it!
