A delightful combination of ham, peas and leeks - a superb family meal.

Ingredients:
120g pasta
100g cooked ham
1 leek
80g frozen peas
10g butter
30g fresh parsley
1tsp garlic
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 25 minutes
1. Boil the pasta until soft (10-12 minutes)
2. Finely slice the parsley and the leek
3. In a separate pan melt the butter on a low heat and add the ham, leek and peas. Lightly cook until the leeks are soft
4. Add the pasta, garlic and parsley
5. Lightly fry until well combined and serve
