A classic Italian dumpling, in a tasty creamy sauce.

Ingredients:
250g gnocchi
6 slices bacon
100g frozen peas
2 tbsp grated parmesan
100 ml double cream
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 20
1. Grill the bacon at 200C until crisp
2. Place the peas and the cream into a frying pan and warm until peas are soft
3. Boil gnocchi until it floats (4-5 minutes)
4. Drain gnocchi and combine with cream sauce, add bacon
5. Mix well and serve
