Ingredients:
800g minced beef (~20% fat)
1 egg (beaten)
Italian herbs
Garlic
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt
Cheddar (optional)
Method: Makes 24 meatballs / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 15 minutes

1) Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
2) Roll out 20-25 meatballs.
3) Fry until browned all over and cooked through.
4) Serve with your favourite side dish or alternatively why not try our Ratatouille.
