Pasta is a great go to dish, super easy and quick to make!

Ingredients:
300g whole wheat pasta (dry weight)
2x 400g tins tomatoes
Handful of fresh parsley and basil
4 chicken breasts
Method: Number of Srvings 4 / Prep Time 20 Minutes – Cook Time 50 Minutes
1. Cook the chicken at 200C for 30-35 minutes
2. Once cooked use two forks to pull the chicken into shreds
3. Boil the pasta until soft (12-15 minutes)
4. In a separate pan heat up the tinned tomatoes and add fresh herbs, cook until sauce thicken
5. Add chicken and pasta to sauce, mix and serve
