Ingredients:
200g rolled oats
200g apple sauce
1 tsp cinnamon
Method: Makes 8 flapjacks / Prep Time 10 minutes – Cook Time 30 minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Combine the oats, apple sauce and cinnamon
3. Butter/oil a 20cm x 20cm baking tin
4. Add mixture to baking tin and cook until top is golden brown (25-30 minutes)
5. Cool for 10-15 minutes before turning onto a rack
