I got my book yesterday to start 6 week course on Wednesday, it mentions some food make you store fat, I need to avoid these but which food are they?
Hi, Thanks for your question, unfortunately there isn't a short reply to your question and I know the course that starts on Wednesday will go into this in detail over the weeks and offer four different approaches to help you to find a way that will help you to manage your weight.
As a starting point it's always useful to choose real foods and prepare meals form scratch using unprocessed foods (these are foods that have something added or taken away); reducing or stopping snacking is also a good start as eating in between meals can keep insulin levels raised encouraging fat storage. Insulin is a hormone that is raised after eating carbohydrate type foods and is involved in fat storage, it is discussed throughout the programme and it will all become clear as the weeks progress.
