I was using a NovoPen 3 to deliver my insulin for a long time, entering data on the LibreLink App manually. After upgrading to NovoPen 6 I scan the Pen to upload the data onto my phone. So far so good. However, when I upload the data to LibreView on my PC I discovered that the Insulin dosage information was not being transferred to the LibreView Report. I have asked Abbott to investigate this but as yet I have had no response. Has anyone else any experience of using LibreLink with the NovoPen 6 and experienced the same result? And what, if anything can be done about this problem?
