What are your thoughts regarding the Glucose Goddess jacks!?

Thanks for your question asking about the four Glucose Goddess Hacks. Which are:
1) Eat more veg
2) Eat savoury (more protein. good fats)
3) Increase your activity
4) Drink vinegar before eating
There is some good advice in the four major hacks, however, if you have attended an X-PERT course or purchased our V15 manual you will notice that we have seven evidence-based hacks including the first three of the GG Hacks.
In terms of the fourth hack, vinegar, then there is mixed evidence, I have provided you with a link (here) which discusses these in more depth. The key thing to consider here is that this alone would only have a very small impact/if any on your health compared to the other three.
