A Low Carb healthy sweet recipe, which can also be prepared in individual truffle cases to provide fat bomb sized bites.

Tahini Butter Fudge

Tahini Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup grass fed butter
  • 2/3 cup organic tahini
  • 1/4 tsp stevia powder or 1 tbsp honey or 1 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Sea salt

 

Method: Number of Servings: 8 / Prep Time 10 Minutes plus chill time – Cook Time 3 Minutes

1. Add the butter, tahini, sweetener, cinnamon and a pinch of salt to a small saucepan. Set over a low heat and stir, gently melting the butter and tahini together. The mixture should be smooth. You can taste and adjust sweetness as desired.

2. Line a 7 x 3 inch dish or mould with baking paper. Spoon the tahini mixture into the lined mould. You can now decorate your tahini fudge with your preferred toppings by simply sprinkling them over the surface, or leave plain.

3. Cover the fudge and carefully transfer to the fridge. Leave for 3-4 hours or better still overnight to set and firm. Once set, slice into 8 squares and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

The recipe can be prepared with any diet compliant toppings you wish or simply kept plain. Some great options are chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruits or unsweetened chocolate chips.
