[Sticky] Smoked Salmon Omelette

This recipe is super quick and easy to make when you are in a hurry.

Smoked Salmon Omelette

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 tbsp milk
10g butter
30g mascarpone
100g smoked salmon, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
½ tsp cayenne pepper

Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 10 Minutes

1. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan, then pour in the eggs and cook quickly, drawing the mixture into the centre and letting the uncooked egg run over the pan
2. When the mixture is just set, add the mascarpone, smoked salmon, avocado and a pinch of cayenne and fold over. Cut in half to serve
