Tea party this weekend? Try our twist on the classic fruit scone.

Ingredients:
225g Ultra Fine FiberFlour
2 tsp baking powder
40g butter
1.5 tbsp erythritol
1 tbsp sultanas
150ml milk
Method: Number of Servings 8 (57g serving)/ Prep Time 15 minutes – Cook Time 15-20 Minutes
1. Rub the butter into flour and baking powder until it resembles breadcrumbs
2. Add salt, erythritol, sultanas, and mix
3. Add in milk until a dough is formed, you may need a little more milk if too dry
4. Roll out to approx. 2cms in depth and use a pastry cutter to cut the dough
5. Place on a greased tray and dust lightly with FiberFlour
6. Bake at approx. 190C for 15/20 mins until golden brown
7. Serve with whipped double cream and stewed berries
NB. Why not remove the sweetener and the sultana’s and add some cheddar cheese for a savoury scone.
