The perfect compliment to any salad or soup!

Ingredients:
80ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp dried thyme leaves
150g cubed seeded bread
Method: Number of servings 8 / Prep Time 15 minutes – Cook Time 10 Minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C
2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper and thyme
3. Add bread cubes and toss to coat all bread cubes with mixture
4. Spread the bread cubes into an even layer on a sheet pan, without overlapping. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, after 5-6 minutes mix the bread so it is evenly toasted
