An easy-to-make advocado salad that's ready in no time.

Ingredients:
1 large, ripe avocado
150g mixed salad leaves
150g chorizo, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
White wine vinegar to taste
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 8 Minutes – Cook Time 5 Minutes
1. Fry the chorizo in a pan for five minutes until lightly browned. Turn frequently to stop it burning.
2. Arrange the salad in two bowls and chop up the avocado. Put the pieces on top of the salad and sprinkle with a little vinegar, and salt and pepper.
3. Tip the chorizo, and the oil from frying on top.
