[Sticky] Cauliflower Rice

Try substituting rice for this low carb version.

Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients:

750g cauliflower
salt and pepper to taste

Method: Number of Servings 4 / Prep Time 10 Minutes – Cook Time 3-4 Minutes

1. Chop cauliflower into small chunks
2. Blend using a food processor or grate the cauliflower until it resembles rice
3. Add to a vegetable stir fry or lightly fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes

Nutritional information per serving:

  • 8g carbs
  • 3g fibre
  • 1g fat
  • 66 kcals
  • 0g saturates
  • 0.1g salt
