This healthy chocolate mousse makes a delicious guilt free dessert.
The recipe can be prepared with your preferred diet compliant sweetener of choice.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp powdered erythritol or 10 drops
stevia or 1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 large ripe avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 30 minutes / Cook Time 0 Minutes
If you are using a liquid sweetener such as honey, this will give you a slightly thinner mousse. You can add more or less coconut cream as desired to reach your preferred mousse consistency.
1. Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Add the avocado to a food processor along with the cocoa powder and sweetener. Blend until smooth and well combined.
2. Add the coconut cream. Blend again until you have a smooth, thick mousse texture. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as desired. You can also add more coconut cream if you would like a thinner consistency.
3. Divide the mousse between two individual ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to chill. Optionally top with low carb berries to serve.
