Ingredients:
500g raw chicken/fish fillets (cut into strips)
50g grated parmesan cheese
50g ground almonds
1 or 2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste, spices

Lard for frying
Method: Number of Servings 4 (185g serving) / Prep Time 20 Minutes – Cook Time 15 Minutes
1. Whisk eggs together in a bowl
2. Dunk chicken/fish strips in the egg. Shake off any excess
3. Mix parmesan and ground almonds in another bowl. Add spices
4. Roll the strips in this coating mixture. Set on a plate for 10 minutes
5. Melt lard in a deep frying pan or deep fat fryer. Fry strips for 8-15 minutes until cooked through, golden brown and crispy
