A super tasty curry with a cook time of only 30 minutes! Perfect for those busy evenings.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Pepper, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger
400g chopped tomatoes
70g Korma curry paste (We use Pataks Korma Paste Pots)
250g Frozen prawns

1. Begin by adding your oil to a large frying pan, once hot add your chopped onion and peppers. Cook for 10 minutes until soft.
2. Add the garlic cloves, ginger, chopped tomatoes and curry paste. Leave to simmer for a few minutes then add your prawns. Simmer for a further 20 minutes.
3. If you prefer a creamier curry, add some cream cheese or cream.
