1. Programme Overview
The X-PERT Diabetes Digital Programme will help you learn about prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes, and inform you about lifestyle changes that you might want to make.
The programme is broken down into 6 sessions; and you must complete all the stages in order to progress. Content is delivered through short articles, animated videos, quizzes, games and interactive goal setting. We hope you find this User Guide useful to help you enjoy the programme.

১. প্রোগ্রাম ওভারভিউ
এক্স-পার্ট ডায়াবেটিস ডিজিটাল প্রোগ্রাম আপনাকে প্রিডায়াবেটিস বা টাইপ 2 ডায়াবেটিস সম্পর্কে জানতে এবং আপনার জীবনযাত্রার পরিবর্তনগুলি সম্পর্কে জানাতে সহায়তা করবে যা আপনি করতে চান।
প্রোগ্রামটি ৬ টি সেশনে বিভক্ত; এবং আপনাকে অগ্রগতির জন্য সমস্ত ধাপ শেষ করতে হবে। সংক্ষিপ্ত নিবন্ধ, অ্যানিমেটেড ভিডিও, কুইজ, গেমস এবং ইন্টারেক্টিভ লক্ষ্য সেটিংয়ের মাধ্যমে সামগ্রী বিতরণ করা হয়। আমরা আশা করি আপনি প্রোগ্রামটি উপভোগ করতে আপনি এই ব্যবহারকারী গাইডটি দরকারী বলে মনে করবেন ।

2. Logging In
Open the App (or go to the web page), enter your username (this is your email address) and password. You should have received an email asking you to set your password. If you have forgotten it then click the “Forgotten Password” link below the “Login securely” button. The App will remember your login information after you have logged in for the first time.

২. লগ ইন করা
অ্যাপটি খুলুন (বা ওয়েব পৃষ্ঠায় যান), আপনার ব্যবহারকারীর নাম (এটি আপনার ইমেল ঠিকানা) এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিন। আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করতে বলার জন্য আপনার একটি ইমেল পাওয়া উচিত ছিল। যদি আপনি এটি ভুলে যান তবে “নিরাপদে লগইন করুন” বোতামের নীচে “ভুলে যাওয়া পাসওয়ার্ড” লিঙ্কটি ক্লিক করুন। আপনি প্রথমবার লগ ইন করার পরে অ্যাপটি আপনার লগইন সম্পর্কিত তথ্য মনে রাখবে।

3. Getting Started
Before you begin the sessions, the App will ask you to input some basic information (your gender, height, weight, what you want to get out of the programme, and your current activity levels). Once you’ve completed these steps you are ready to go!

আপনি সেশনগুলি শুরু করার আগে অ্যাপ আপনাকে কিছু প্রাথমিক তথ্য (আপনার লিঙ্গ, উচ্চতা, ওজন, আপনি প্রোগ্রাম থেকে কি পেতে চান এবং আপনার বর্তমান ক্রিয়াকলাপের স্তর) ইনপুট করতে বলবে। একবার আপনি এই পদক্ষেপগুলি সম্পন্ন করার পরে আপনি শুরু করতে প্রস্তুত!
4. Navigation
The App is colour-coded to help you know what stage of the programme you’re at. Sections you have already completed will be in blue, and your current session/activity (the one that you’ll need to complete next) will be in orange. If an area is greyed out, this means it is inaccessible until you complete the previous sections.
At the top of the Homepage you will find a ring which tracks your progress. The ring will fill up in green as you complete each activity. This lets you know how much of the session you have completed. You can continue your current session by clicking the orange button that says “Continue Programme” just below this.
Please note, after you have completed a session you will have to wait 24 hours before the next one becomes available.
In the top right-hand corner of every page you will see three lines. Selecting these will take you to the Menu. Within the Menu you have easy access to Programme Support, Awards, Exercises, Recipes, Carbs & Cals, Goals, Health Results, Medication, Settings, and Logout.
You can return to the Homepage at any time by selecting the Home icon in the top left-hand corner.
4. নেভিগেশন
আপনি প্রোগ্রামটির কোন পর্যায়ে রয়েছেন তা জানতে আপনাকে সহায়তা করতে অ্যাপটি রঙ-কোডেড । আপনি ইতিমধ্যে সম্পন্ন বিভাগগুলি নীল রঙে হবে এবং আপনার বর্তমান অধিবেশন / ক্রিয়াকলাপ (যেটি আপনার পরবর্তীটি সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে) এটি কমলা হবে। যদি কোনও অঞ্চল ধূসর হয় তবে এর অর্থ এটি পূর্ববর্তী বিভাগগুলি সম্পূর্ণ না করা অবধি অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য।
হোমপৃষ্ঠার শীর্ষে আপনি একটি রিং পাবেন যা আপনার অগ্রগতি ট্র্যাক করে। আপনি প্রতিটি ক্রিয়াকলাপ শেষ করার সাথে সাথে রিংটি সবুজ রঙে পূর্ণ হবে। এটি আপনাকে সেশনটির কতটা সম্পন্ন করেছেন তা জানতে দেয়। এর ঠিক নীচে “প্রোগ্রাম চালিয়ে যান” বলে কমলা বোতামটি ক্লিক করে আপনি আপনার বর্তমান অধিবেশনটি চালিয়ে যেতে পারেন।
দয়া করে নোট করুন, আপনি একটি অধিবেশন শেষ করার পরে আপনাকে পরবর্তীটি উপলভ্য হওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
প্রতিটি পৃষ্ঠার উপরের ডানদিকে কোণায় আপনি তিনটি লাইন দেখতে পাবেন। এগুলি নির্বাচন করা আপনাকে মেনুতে নিয়ে যাবে। মেনুতে আপনি প্রোগ্রাম সমর্থন, পুরষ্কার, অনুশীলন, রেসিপি, কার্বস এবং ক্যালস, লক্ষ্য, স্বাস্থ্য ফলাফল, ওষুধ, সেটিংস এবং লগআউটে সহজেই অ্যাক্সেস পেতে পারেন।
উপরের বাম-কোণে হোম আইকনটি নির্বাচন করে আপনি যে কোনও সময় হোমপৃষ্ঠায় ফিরে আসতে পারেন।
5. Exercise
You can begin an exercise session at any point during the programme by selecting the Menu button, and then Exercise – or by clicking on the Person icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
Choose whether you want to do the easy, medium, or hard version of the workout. Once you’ve selected the difficulty level, you will be guided through a workout, consisting of 12 different exercises separated by short rests. You will be able to pause/stop at any point, and can skip any exercises that you can’t, or don’t want to do. It is recommended that you be active most days, and the more often you do them the easier these exercises will become!
If you have any concerns, or have any other health conditions that may affect your ability to take part in physical activity, then talk to your healthcare team before you start using this function.
৫. অনুশীলন
আপনি প্রোগ্রামের সময় যে কোনও সময়ে মেনু বোতামটি নির্বাচন করে এবং তারপরে অনুশীলন – বা স্ক্রিনের নীচে নেভিগেশন বারের ব্যক্তি আইকনে ক্লিক করে একটি অনুশীলন সেশন শুরু করতে পারেন।
আপনি ওয়ার্কআউটের সহজ, মাঝারি বা কঠিন সংস্করণটি করতে চান কিনা তা চয়ন করুন। একবার আপনি সমস্যার স্তরটি নির্বাচিত হয়ে গেলে, আপনাকে একটি ওয়ার্কআউটের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত করা হবে, এতে স্বল্প বিশ্রামের দ্বারা আলাদা ১২ টি অনুশীলন রয়েছে। আপনি যে কোনও মুহুর্তে বিরতি / থামাতে সক্ষম হবেন এবং যে অনুশীলনগুলি আপনি করতে পারবেন না বা করতে চান তা এড়িয়ে যেতে পারেন। আপনি বেশিরভাগ দিন সক্রিয় থাকার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে, এবং যত বেশি আপনি এগুলি করেন তত বেশি এই ব্যায়ামগুলি আরও সহজ হয়ে উঠবে!
যদি আপনার কোনও উদ্বেগ থাকে, বা শারীরিক ক্রিয়াকলাপে অংশ নেওয়ার আপনার ক্ষমতাকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে এমন কোনও স্বাস্থ্য পরিস্থিতি রয়েছে তবে আপনি এই ফাংশনটি ব্যবহার শুরু করার আগে আপনার স্বাস্থ্যসেবা দলের সাথে কথা বলুন।
6. Recipes
A list of healthy recipes is available to view. Click on the Menu button and then select Recipes, or click on the Chef icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of every page. You can filter recipes by meal type to help you find the right recipe for you. Please note, recipes are in English.
৬. রেসিপি
স্বাস্থ্যকর রেসিপিগুলির একটি তালিকা দেখার জন্য উপলব্ধ। মেনু বোতামে ক্লিক করুন এবং তারপরে রেসিপিগুলি নির্বাচন করুন বা প্রতিটি পৃষ্ঠার নীচে নেভিগেশন বারের শেফ আইকনে ক্লিক করুন। আপনার জন্য সঠিক রেসিপিটি খুঁজতে আপনি খাবারের ধরণের রেসিপিগুলি ফিল্টার করতে পারেন। দয়া করে নোট করুন, রেসিপিগুলি ইংরেজিতে রয়েছে।
7. Tracking your lifestyle
Within the App you can record your mood and how well you have slept each day by using the emotion icons on the Homepage. You can also input the amount of water you drink on a daily basis and see how many steps you have done. This can be useful to help you track your progress.
To track your steps either add this information manually at the end of each day, by clicking on the Person icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of the page, or automatically by linking the App to your device’s activity tracker (this function will only work for devices that can track steps using Google Fit or Apple Health).
৭. আপনার জীবনধারা অনুসরণ করা
অ্যাপের মধ্যে আপনি নিজের মেজাজ এবং হোমপেজে ইমোশন আইকনগুলি ব্যবহার করে প্রতিদিন কতটা ঘুমিয়েছেন তা রেকর্ড করতে পারেন। আপনি প্রতিদিন যে পরিমাণ জল পান করেন সে পরিমাণও আপনি ইনপুট করতে পারেন এবং দেখতে পান যে আপনি কতগুলি পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছেন। আপনার অগ্রগতি ট্র্যাক করতে আপনাকে সহায়তা করতে এটি কার্যকর হতে পারে।
আপনার পদক্ষেপগুলি অনুসরণ করতে হয় পৃষ্ঠার নীচে নেভিগেশন বারের ব্যক্তি আইকনে ক্লিক করে, বা আপনার ডিভাইসের ক্রিয়াকলাপ ট্র্যাকারের সাথে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটিকে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংযুক্ত করে প্রতিটি দিনের শেষে ম্যানুয়ালি এই তথ্য যুক্ত করুন (এই ফাংশনটি কেবলমাত্র কাজ করবে ডিভাইসগুলির জন্য যা গুগল ফিট বা অ্যাপল স্বাস্থ্য ব্যবহার করে পদক্ষেপগুলি ট্র্যাক করতে পারে)।
8. Awards
Throughout the programme you will receive awards when you reach certain milestones. The awards can be accessed through the Menu or by selecting the awards panel on your Homepage.
৮. পুরষ্কার
পুরো মাইলফলক পৌঁছালে পুরো প্রোগ্রাম জুড়ে আপনি পুরষ্কার পাবেন। মেনু বা আপনার হোমপেজে পুরষ্কার প্যানেল নির্বাচন করে পুরষ্কারগুলি অ্যাক্সেস করা যায়।
9. Programme Support
Programme Support (only available in English) is located in the Menu and provides additional information and advice.
Book a Consultation: Choose a date/time for a telephone appointment with an English speaking Health Coach. You can invite a friend or family member to join the consultation to translate.
Live Chat: Ask a question, and suggested answers will appear based on your key words.
Group Chat: Discuss anything related to the programme with other users and a Health Coach.
Online Forum: Ask questions, swap recipes, and visit the Resources Library to download free templates to use at home.
FAQs: Read regularly asked questions, use the search bar to find a relevant question more quickly.
Contact Us: If you are having any issues please ask for help.
৯. প্রোগ্রাম সমর্থন
প্রোগ্রাম সমর্থন (শুধুমাত্র ইংরেজিতে উপলব্ধ) মেনুতে অবস্থিত এবং অতিরিক্ত তথ্য এবং পরামর্শ সরবরাহ করে।
একটি পরামর্শ বুক করুন: একটি ইংরেজি স্পিকার স্বাস্থ্য কোচের সাথে টেলিফোনে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের জন্য একটি তারিখ / সময় চয়ন করুন। অনুবাদ করতে পরামর্শে যোগ দিতে আপনি বন্ধু বা পরিবারের সদস্যকে আমন্ত্রণ জানাতে পারেন।
লাইভ চ্যাট: একটি প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করুন, এবং প্রস্তাবিত উত্তরগুলি আপনার মূল শব্দের উপর ভিত্তি করে উপস্থিত হবে।

অনলাইন ফোরাম: প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করুন, রেসিপিগুলি অদলবদল করুন এবং ঘরে বসে বিনামূল্যে টেমপ্লেটগুলি ডাউনলোড করতে রিসোর্স লাইব্রেরি দেখুন।
প্রায়শই জিজ্ঞাসিত প্রশ্নাবলী: নিয়মিত জিজ্ঞাসিত প্রশ্নগুলি পড়ুন, প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রশ্নটি আরও দ্রুত সন্ধান করতে অনুসন্ধান বারটি ব্যবহার করুন।

10. Settings
The Settings section is in the Menu tab, and includes:
Notifications: Use the alarm icon to set notification alerts. Use the green tick/grey plus icon to choose which items you want displayed on your homepage.
Account settings: Change your email address, update your name, set a new password, change the units used in the app, or upload a picture to your profile. There are also instructions on how to opt-out of allowing us to use your data for the use of auditing the outcomes of the programme.

Privacy Policy: Learn how we keep your data private and secure.
১০. সেটিংস
সেটিংস বিভাগটি মেনু ট্যাবে রয়েছে এবং এতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে:
বিজ্ঞপ্তি: বিজ্ঞপ্তি সতর্কতা সেট করতে অ্যালার্ম আইকনটি ব্যবহার করুন। আপনি নিজের হোমপেজে কোন আইটেমটি প্রদর্শন করতে চান তা চয়ন করতে সবুজ টিক / ধূসর প্লাস আইকনটি ব্যবহার করুন।
অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস: আপনার ইমেল ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করুন, আপনার নাম আপডেট করুন, একটি নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করুন, অ্যাপটিতে ব্যবহৃত ইউনিটগুলি পরিবর্তন করুন বা আপনার প্রোফাইলে কোনও ছবি আপলোড করুন। প্রোগ্রামের ফলাফলগুলি নিরীক্ষণের জন্য আপনাকে কীভাবে আমাদের আপনার ডেটা ব্যবহার করতে দেবেন তা সম্পর্কেও নির্দেশাবলী রয়েছে।
পদ এবং শর্তাদি: ব্যবহারের শর্তাদি এবং আপনি আমাদের কাছ থেকে কী আশা করতে পারেন সে সম্পর্কে পড়ুন (কেবলমাত্র ইংরেজী)।
