Team Update: Welcoming Jon to the Team
As we approach the end of the year, we have an important update to share.
After many years of dedicated service, our much-loved trainer Paul will be stepping back at the end of December. Paul has played a huge role in shaping our educator training and supporting our mission. While we’ll miss working with him day to day, we’re delighted that Paul will continue as a volunteer educator, so we’ll still be seeing him regularly.
At the same time, we’re thrilled to welcome Jon to our team. Jon brings a wealth of experience and passion for improving health outcomes. Drawing on skills from his engineering PhD and over 20 years working with some of the world’s largest companies, Jon has spent the last six years focused on health education. He has worked with the Public Health Collaboration charity, and has also contributed to research, training, and education events in type 1 diabetes.
From 2026, Jon will be leading our educator training programme, and we’re excited about the expertise and fresh perspective he brings to this vital role.
We hope you’ll join us in thanking Paul for his incredible contribution and welcoming Jon as he steps into this new chapter with us.
