Ingredients:
Method: Number of Servings 10 cups / Prep Time 12 Minutes – Cook Time 12 Minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, 190 degrees Celsius, 170 for fan assisted.
Select a muffin tray with 10 muffins cups.
2. Take a slice of prosciutto and arrange the ham in one of the muffin tray cups, so it covers the base of the muffin cup and the sides. The muffin cup should be completely covered in prosciutto, forming a ham shaped cup. Repeat this with the remaining ham slices in the other muffin cups.
3. Crumble one of the sliced goats cheese discs into the base of each of the prosciutto cups.
4. Gently score the flesh of each of the fig halves. Nestle half a fig, flesh side up into one of the prosciutto cups, in amongst the goats cheese. Repeat with the remaining cups, filling each with a half fig.
5. Sprinkle the thyme leaves evenly over the figs and cheese.
6. Drizzle the honey evenly over the figs and cheese.
7. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the ham is crisp and golden and the figs are tender. Allow to cool a little and firm in the tray, then carefully remove with a silicone spatula.
