The attached food & mood diary template can be a useful resource if you are interested in making some changes to your eating behaviour. You can track what you’re eating and drinking as well as how you are feeling. This can help you discover how your feelings could be affecting your food choices e.g. do you eat more when you are happy, sad, stressed or bored?
