I have been on a healthy eating and exercise regime since 1/1/2024.
I also started a low carb diet 10 weeks ago.
I am very happy with my eating and exercise programme and I have reached my target weight.
What needs to change so i don’t lose anymore weight?

If you happen to have version 15 of our Diabetes book, you can find some valuable maintenance tips on page 146.
Since you were probably in a negative calorie balance to lose weight, the goal would be to slowly increase the portion sizes of the other food groups. Here are the main points to keep in mind:
1. Keep your current intake of carbohydrates the same.
2. Increase the number of portions of fats, proteins, and vegetables until your weight remains stable over time.
