I’ve been considering trying LivPure for weight loss, but I have some concerns before making a purchase. Does it actually work, or is it just another supplement with big promises?

From what I’ve read, LivPure claims to support fat burning by improving liver function and metabolism. It contains ingredients like milk thistle, berberine, and green tea extract—some of which are known for their potential benefits. But I’m wondering if anyone has seen real results.

A few things I’m unsure about:

  • How long does it take to notice any changes?
  • Are there any side effects?
  • Does it work better with a specific diet or exercise routine?

I’d love to hear from people who have actually used it. Did it help with weight loss, or was it just another disappointment? Any honest experiences would be really helpful before I decide to buy.

Good afternoon,

We don't usually comment on specific brands, but, generally speaking, if claims sound too good to be true, then they probably are.

In general, we would recommend focusing on making lifestyle changes (e.g., consuming fewer ultra-processed foods, and having more nutritious, minimally processed foods) rather than relying on the impact of specific supplements too. That is not to say that specific nutrients cannot have benefits, but their impact is generally likely to be small compared to the benefits that can be seen through making changes to dietary patterns, increasing activity levels, taking steps to reduce stress, and/or making changes to improve your sleep.

Sorry we cannot be more help on this occasion.

Best wishes,

Sean
