An easy high protein meal which only takes 35 minutes to cook!

Ingredients:
24 Meatballs
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
400g Tin of chopped tomatoes
225g Halloumi
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Tomato Puree
400g Frozen Broccoli Florets
Method: Number of Servings: 4 / Prep Time 5 Minutes / Cook Time 35 Minutes
Cost per serving – £2.30
1. Add a little oil to a frying pan, add your meatballs and cook thoroughly until brown.
2. Add the chopped onion, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the halloumi into bite size pieces and add to the same frying pan, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Once the vegetables are soft add the tin of chopped tomatoes, garlic, mixed herbs, tomato puree and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Leave to simmer for a further 20 minutes.
6. Salt and Pepper to season.
