This light refreshing meal is super tasty and low carb. Its also perfect for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients:
Two salmon fillets
150ml single cream
30g fresh dill
1 large fresh chilli
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 15 Minutes – Cook Time 20 Minutes
1. Slice the chilli and combine with parsley, paprika, olive oil and lemon juice
2. Cover both salmon fillets in the mixture
3. Lightly heat a frying pan and add the salmon and all of the mixture until cooked
4. In a separate pan heat the cream until it bubbles, chop the dill and add to the cream
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until sauce reduces and becomes thick
6. Serve with vegetables (optional)
