This recipe is packed full of flavour and only 6g carbs per serving.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4 pieces bacon
60g cream cheese
20g chives (finely chopped)
5g garlic (finely chopped)
160g green beans
Method: Number of Servings 2 / Prep Time 15 Minutes – Cook Time 30 Minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Mix the cream cheese, garlic and chives and split the mixture into two
3. Slice each chicken breast (not deep enough to pierce through)
4. Place the cream cheese mixture in each chicken breast, fold over the chicken and wrap two pieces of bacon around
5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink
6. Whilst the chicken is baking boil the green beans for 5 – 6 minutes, or until soft
Nutritional Information Per Serving:
I will do this without cheese. I think instead it can be good double cream with a little mustard or greek joghurt.
