Discover our updated Participant Forum
We’re excited to introduce our refreshed X-PERT Participant Forum – an interactive community designed to help participants stay connected, share experiences and support one another beyond their X-PERT course.
The Forum has a refreshed layout and more ways to get involved. Participants can now:
– Ask questions and reply to other members
– Share their own experiences and support others
– Browse recipes, downloadable templates and practical resources
– Subscribe to topics and receive notifications about new activity
– Submit favourite healthy recipes to be considered for our recipe collection
Our team will also be sharing regular conversation starters, tips and updates to help keep the community active and useful.

A welcoming and supportive community
As part of the update, we’ve introduced X-PERT Participant Forum Community Guidelines.
They set out some simple principles for taking part, including being kind and respectful, sharing personal experiences rather than individual medical advice, protecting personal information and keeping conversations appropriate and helpful.
All participant posts and replies are reviewed by the X-PERT Team before they are published. This means there may sometimes be a short delay before a contribution appears, but it helps us keep the Forum safe, appropriate and supportive.
The Forum is designed for general discussion, shared experiences and peer support. It isn’t an emergency, medical advice or urgent support service, and participants with concerns about their health, medication or treatment should speak to an appropriate healthcare professional.
Whether you want to introduce yourself, join a discussion, explore a new resource or find some recipe inspiration, we’d love to see you there.
Your course may have finished, but your support doesn’t have to.
If you already have a Participant Forum account, you don’t need to register again – simply log in using your existing details and take a look around.
If you’re new to the Forum, it’s free to register and access.
