Let’s meet some of the team from Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.

Derbyshire Community Health Services Diabetes Education Team have been delivering X-PERT Diabetes Education courses across Derby and Derbyshire for the past nine years. At the heart of the team are seven knowledgeable and experienced Diabetes Educators, who are supported by a fantastic Admin team of five. The whole team is headed up by service manager Neville Scholten.
