Our partners at Stoke-on-Trent Council are offering the award-winning X-PERT Weight & Wellbeing Programme this September. Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll explore practical ways to improve your health and wellbeing in a supportive group setting.

– Develop sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes
– Improve your sleep and manage stress
– Boost your overall health and wellbeing
Programme details
Stoke-on-Trent residents can choose from two convenient options:
– Daytime group: Wednesdays, starting 10 September | 10:30am – 12:00pm
– Evening group: Thursdays, starting 18 September | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Both groups will be delivered by trained educators, ensuring you benefit from expert knowledge and guidance every step of the way.
