Clinical Audit Awareness Week is a national annual campaign to promote and celebrate the benefits and impact of clinical audit and quality improvement work in healthcare.
X-PERT Health Nomination
The nomination related to group-based structured education sessions that meets national criteria. X-PERT programmes are co-designed with patients. This is in response for requests to support better self-management of diabetes. Evaluation demonstrated significant improvements to patient health and quality of life. This nomination demonstrated high levels of patient engagement and co-design as well as evidence-based systemic change.
