The cost is £99.00 which includes a 200 page Resource Folder, a weekly online session with a trained health coach, and access to our web based App for further support.

Join our next remote X-PERT weight loss and wellbeing course starting Tuesday 11th January from 6pm-7.15pm.

The course, hosted by a trained health coach, runs for 12 weeks (1 session per week) and covers a different topic each week. Prior to the course we will send out a questionnaire to understand what you want from the course. We are thrilled that our last remote group course had people booked on from across the Country; including Devon, Manchester, Ireland, Essex, Norfolk, Surrey and Hebden Bridge!

 

Here is our Health Coach Trudi.

She will help you increase your knowledge, skills and understanding of how and why you can lose weight sustainably and improve your general wellbeing. An overview of the X-PERT Weight programme can be found here.

Our evidence based education focuses on sustainable weight loss and overall wellbeing. It is about long-term lifestyle and behaviour change, not a short term diet. We believe in sustainable lessons for life. The course discusses stress management, sleep quality, physical activity, gut and hormones and the psychology of eating. Over the course you will discover what dietary approaches works best for you.

 

The course will be booked on a first come first served basis. We are keeping the group small to a maximum of 10 to make sure it is interactive, intimate and gives everyone to opportunity to ask questions and feel included. Once you purchase a place on the course you will receive an order confirmation and a further email from us containing the meeting links.

Sessions are delivered using digital technology to support interactive discovery learning to help you understand the science behind why traditional weight loss approaches have failed and what you can do to lose weight and keep it off!
