    A very informative book which looks at all points you need to consider to help you with your diabetes. The only criticism I have is you have to go back and forth looking at different parts of the book to get the whole picture of certain aspect you are reading to get the whole story. However you do learn quite quickly what is bad for you and foods high in carbs etc. It is not until you look at these you realise how bad some of the everyday foods really are. Defiantly worth buying as there is a lot to take in which you can refer back to anytime.
