On Monday 15th March from 6pm-7.15pm we are starting a remote X-PERT weight loss and wellbeing course.
The course, hosted by a trained health coach, runs for 12 weeks (1 session per week) and covers a different topic each week. Prior to the course we will send out a questionnaire to understand what you want from the course.
Our evidence based education focuses on sustainable weight loss and overall wellbeing. It is about long-term lifestyle and behaviour change, not a short term diet. We believe in sustainable lessons for life.
The course myth busts many dated concepts and is all about answering why.
You will learn how and why you can lose weight sustainably and improve your general wellbeing. The course discusses stress management, sleep quality, physical activity, gut and hormones and the psychology of eating.
Over the course you will discover what dietary approaches works best for you.
We are keeping the group small to a maximum of 10 to make sure it is interactive, intimate and gives everyone to opportunity to ask questions and feel included.
The course will be booked on a first come first served basis. Once you purchase a place on the course you will receive an order confirmation and a further email from us containing the meeting links.
