Behaviour Change Support Group – starts 29 August


Have you already completed an X-PERT group programme (either our diabetes, weight or insulin programme), and want to make the best health choices and set yourself regular goals? If so, this Behaviour Change Support Group is for you.

3-month support programme with a group session held every fortnight consisting of mindset and behaviour change health coaching.



If you’d like some support following completion of an X-PERT Health programme – Diabetes, Insulin or Weight – (either in a group with an educator, or at home with an X-PERT book or folder), then we’d recommend that you join our remote 3-month Behaviour Change Support Group.

During the programme you will gain insight and clarity to become self-motivated and empowered to make positive changes and focus on a healthy lifestyle.

Each group session, held every two weeks, will last for 1 hour, consisting of 45-minute mindset and behaviour change health coaching with 10-15 minutes for Questions & Answers. You’ll also receive 24/7 support from peers and coach between the live sessions with group chat and e-mail. Plus every Monday morning you will receive a thought of the week via the WhatsApp group chat. These behaviour change top tips include topics such as how to breakdown and apply the motivation formula and managing relapses / difficult situations.

Programme Content:

Session 1: Introduce yourself to the group; where are you now; where do you want to be?
Sessions 2-5: How have you got on with your goals? What do you need to do to next?
Session 6: How far have you come, what`s next?


Here is our Health Coach Paul.

Work with a health coach for personal support of your long-term health and wellbeing. Paul will help you to develop the understanding and confidence to set goals and take action to improve your health and wellbeing.

We are keeping the group small to a maximum of 6 to make sure it is interactive, intimate and gives everyone to opportunity to be personally coached, ask questions and feel included.

The course will be booked on a first come first served basis. Once you purchase a place on the course you will receive an order confirmation and a further email from us containing the meeting links.
